Memberships are non-transferable and are effective for 12 months from the date of joining. The membership belongs to the company that registers. (By providing your email address in your profile, you consent to receive all TUBAVS email communications).

Membership is contingent on the applicant meeting the precise requirements for approval. Other criteria may be evaluated before membership consent is given. You will receive an email message after your membership has been authorized. If you do not meet the requirements for the requested membership category, you may be offered another category. If you decline that type, your money will be fully returned.

Membership in TUBAVS does not imply the issuance of a certificate. To obtain a membership certificate, you must be a current paid member in good standing.

If you do not want to receive general optional emails about TUBAVS programs and events (such as the conference, special events, and other association-related material), you can opt out of them using your online profile.

TUBAVS Webinar Terms and Conditions:

Following the processing of your application, the TUBAVS staff will send you with official registration confirmation.

To receive a refund, the individual who registered must send written notification of cancellation to the Tugboat, Fuel Barge, Barges And Seagoing Vessel Of Nigeria’s main office or by email to tubavs@tubavs.org at least 5 days before the event. An administration fee of %20 will be withheld from the refund received following the webinar.

NSF Cheques: NSF cheques or cancelled cheques will incur an administrative cost of %25 of the fee

Registration for webinars is not transferable.

By registering for a webinar, you therefore grant the TUBAVS and those authorized on its behalf, including its official and non-official partners, the right to photograph, record on film, videotape, audiotape, and/or generate in any other audiovisual or written format, voice, person, or other material linked to the conference, as well as the non-exclusive right, license, and privilege under copyright, or other right, or licence to use

TUBAVS Conferences/Seminars Terms and Conditions:

Official confirmation of registration will be provided by the TUBAVS team after your application has been processed.

Conference Cancellation Policy – To receive a refund, the individual who completed the registration must send written notification of cancellation to the Tugboat, Fuel Barge, Barges And Seagoing Vessel Of Nigeria’s main office or by email to tubavs@tubavs.org at least 10 days before the event. A $100 administration fee will be taken from the refund, which will be provided following the conference/seminar. No reimbursements will be provided for cancellations after the above-mentioned terms.

Conference and seminar registrations are transferable.

Delegate Substitutions – If you are unable to attend the conference/seminar after registering, you may send someone to take your place. You must include the individual’s name and contact information in writing. If you are a TUBAVS member and your replacement is not a member, you must pay the difference in relevant fees.
